Join us to create your very own geometric hoop earrings! In this class hosted at The Adorned Studios, students will learn the secrets to creating symmetrical earrings using simple hand tools and surface techniques. This beginner level class will encourage the comfort of using hand tools and will help create a foundation for students to continue creating their own pieces. Students will use a variety of pliers, files, mallets, and hammers to create a beautiful pair of hoops that will be ready to wear right out the door.

Please note: Please select your metal type in the drop down menu. If you wear glasses for working up close or reading, please bring them with you.

Age:

This class is appropriate for ages 14+.

Location:
This class will take place indoors at The Adorned Studios, located inside Luna Cooperative at 60 Browns Race, Suite 200, Rochester, NY 14614.

Accessibility:

About the teacher:
Brittany Rea of Rea Designs is an artist working in a variety of materials including clay, paint, fibers, wood, and above all - metal. Rea Designs creates modern interpretations of timeless jewelry pieces focusing on the natural qualities of metal paired with elegance through minimal design.
