If you're willing to take a chance with a new skill and wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on, this class is for you! Follow this hands-on, demonstration-style lesson with your own paint, brush and canvas (provided by the teacher), and walk away with your own original painting. While this is intended to be a beginner class, the techniques learned are invaluable and can be used again.

Age:
This class is appropriate for ages 14+.

Location:
This class will take place at Rundel Memorial Library, located at 115 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604.

About the teacher:
Steve Duprey is an artist working in acrylics whose main focus is landscapes. He comes from a background of theatre and has been directing for 30 years or so. Most recently, Duprey directed Pittsford Musicals' summer production of "A Chorus Line". He came to painting later in life, and is very excited about sharing the things that he has learned.
