Monday, June 3rd | 6:30pm-8:00pm | Paper Quilling

Paper quilling is a craft that involves curling, rolling and shaping strips of paper into shapes, which are then glued together to create different designs. Students will learn how to create basic quilling shapes and combine them to make a single flower design on a 3”x4” textured cardstock to take home. Class participants also get to take home the quilling tool, tweezers and remaining individual pack of paper strips. No experience necessary.

This class will take place at Rochester Brainery, located at 176 Anderson Ave F109, Rochester NY 14607.

About the teacher:
Megan Alchowiak is a self-taught paper quilling artist who spends her weekdays as a freelance marketing professional and mom to her spirited 4-year-old daughter. She was drawn to the paper quilling craft for its symmetry, clean lines and the balance in each design. You can find her online shop on Etsy:
