Wednesday, August 24th | 6:00pm-8:00pm | Whole-Food, Plant-Based Eating Kickstart


Learn how to nourish and heal your body with real, whole food in this class hosted at Red White and Brew of Rochester! This course is for those who are curious about going plant-based, but not quite sure where to begin. At the end of the class, you will know what a whole-food, plant-based diet is and isn't, its benefits, and simple ways to get started.

Please note: A Happy Half Hour will take place from 6:00pm-6:30pm, and the class will begin at 6:30pm. Students will be welcome to a complimentary happy hour or non-alcoholic drink of choice. 

This class is appropriate for ages 14+.

This class will take place indoors at Red White and Brew of Rochester, located at 147 State St, Rochester, NY 14614.

About the teacher:
Keri Barone and Elizabeth O’Connor are passionate about promoting a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle for reasons including weight loss and management, having a smaller environmental footprint, and having reduced risk of heart disease, certain cancers, obesity, and diabetes. They are RIT professors, holistic health and wellness coaches, and founders of Whole Abundance, a Rochester business dedicated to supporting people as they move toward a whole-food, plant-based way of living.
