If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at this delicate dish but weren't sure you could do it, then this is the class for you! Learn a foolproof batter recipe, watch a demonstration, and then create your own crepes. Toppings will also be provided to complete and eat these delicious creations!
Please note: Please bring an apron to class with you. Participants will have the option to eat during this class. If you would prefer to eat at home, please bring a to-go container with you. At this time, gluten-free and vegan options are unavailable for this class. Please note the kitchen classroom is not an allergen-free environment.
This class is appropriate for ages 14+. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please purchase one ticket for each person attending.

Meet the Teacher
Christin Ortiz has been working in restaurants since she was 19. Most recently Christin ran the food program at Joe Bean Roastery, where she focused the menu on her Latin-American heritage. She loves sharing her passion for food, and wants everyone to be able to cook the food they crave!
