A fun way to get ready for
Rochester Cocktail Revival (June 5-11)! With RCR Year 10 coming up in the next two weeks, we’re bringing some of our favorite Rochester Cocktail Revival bars to class, along with their greatest hits. As always, we will provide light appetizers and a welcome drink, a brief history on alcohol and cocktails through history, and a tutorial on the tools and proper usage of the tools needed for the class. About the teachers:
Cameron M. Phelps, bartending since 2007, has been a part of the service industry in a multitude of capacities since 1999. Cameron co-founded The Daily Refresher in 2012 and has been in the craft cocktail movement ever since. Cameron received his Barsmarts certification in 2014, and has been interested in teaching the unique curriculum of craft cocktails ever since.
Adrean L. Hayward, bartending since 2011, has a wide range of service industry experience from gastro pubs to fine dining. With extensive spirits, wine, and beer knowledge, Adrean has been crafting cocktails, writing cocktail menus, and training bartenders in the art of the craft for over 5 years.
