As we navigate social distancing, Flower City Drinksmiths are bringing their knowledge and love of drink right to your home - for the first time ever! After a brief history lesson on spirits, cocktails, and bar tools, students will learn to make two cocktails and a citrus syrup from left over fruit peels. So stay in, shake a cocktail, and imbibe with us.

Please Note: If you have selected the option with a jigger, please submit your name and shipping address on this Google form by May 23rd in order to receive it by May 30th. A video link will be sent to you by Tuesday, May 27th with instructions on how to prepare one of your creations for the Saturday class. Please make sure you have time for this 15 minute activity on Thursday, May 29th.

Supplies Needed:
- 6 limes
- 6 lemons
- 2 c sugar
- 1 mini bottle per person (or regular size bottle) red wine (Malbec/Cabernet)
- 3 oz. per person bourbon/whiskey
- 3 oz. per person vodka 
- ice
- shaker tin
- jigger or small measuring cup in ounces
- 2 rocks glasses
- citrus juicer
- peeler or pairing knife
- spoon

This class is appropriate for ages 21+.

About the teachers:
Cameron M. Phelps, bartending since 2007, however been apart of the service industry in a multitude of capacities since 1999. Co-founded The Daily Refresher in 2012 and has been in the craft cocktail movement ever since. Received his Barsmarts certification in 2014 and has been interested in teaching the unique curriculum of craft cocktails ever since. 

Frank C. Morehouse has worked in the spirits industry as a bartender for over seven years. His early love for wine led him to sommelier certifications. His ongoing love affair with whiskies of all origin constantly informs his work. The evolution of the craft movement has inspired him to devote himself to the highest standards at his home, "The Daily Refresher." He believes constant experiments and collaboration with some of Rochester's best and brightest is what propels his work and passion further each day. With the help of his partners and the Flower City Drinksmiths he hopes to share his commitment to craft with all of you.
