Monday, October 25th | 6:30pm-7:30pm | Cultivate Your "Creative Yes!" with Collaging

De-stress with collaging! In this creative workshop, you will learn to use collaging as a way to turn down your mental chatter and tune into your intuition. When we can turn our brains off for a little bit and tune into the body, we not only reduce stress but tap into other aspects of ourselves, like creativity and play. You don’t have to be an artist or know anything about collaging to join this class - simply bring your curiosity and a willingness to let go of any control. Leave the class with a creative collage, more mindfulness, and less stress.

The recommended age for this class is 14+.

This class will take place indoors at Rochester Brainery, located at 176 Anderson Ave. F109, Rochester, NY 14607.

Live subtitles will be available upon request during this class. If you prefer a sign language interpreter, please fill out our contact form. Please also let us know if you have any preferences (seating, vision access, etc).

About the teacher
Sarah Gerin is a transformation coach and the owner of Late Bloomer Coaching. Through a variety of embodiment practices, she helps people return to their authentic selves and heal from a range of experiences, including anxiety, shame, self-doubt, imposter syndrome etc. While being deeply invested in embodiment practices, she struggled for years to meditate and find relief - somehow "sitting and quieting the mind and magically feeling relaxed" just did not work! Eventually, through somatic training, the reason why she struggled for years became clear, and she's since found strategies that work without forcing meditation- and you can too! This class is great for anyone who wants to feel better and learn practical tools, but frankly...hates to meditate. You can find Sarah on Instagram at @latebloomer_coaching.
