Join us for drinks, drawing, and all the secret snarky wicked thoughts swishing around in your head clamoring to be witnessed in their full glory. Get to know your friends, strangers, and potential arch-enemies through a light-hearted facilitated sketch session full of friendly competition and camaraderie. We’ll have several rounds of challenges, with prompts handpicked from a hat, covering critical themes like strange psychiatric conditions, creepy humans, bad dates, and awkward strangers. Drinking is optional, drawing is optional, and eye contact is optional. Whether you like to be the center of things or wish no one would look you in the eye - come hang, snortle, guffaw, and feign embarrassment with us as we art-therapy ourselves silly.
Please note: Paper, pens, markers, and clipboards provided. Students are welcome to bring personal sketchbooks. Each ticket includes one happy hour drink, or a non-alcoholic drink, of your choice. Drinks and mingling will take place from 6:00pm-6:30pm, and the class itself will run from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Students will also receive 10% off dinner at Nox the day of class.
This class is appropriate for ages 18+.
This class will take place at Nox Cocktail Lounge, located at 302 Goodman St N., Rochester NY, 14607.
