Saturday, October 23rd | 12:00pm-1:00pm | Fall Pumpkin Planter with Succulents


Create a project that will look great throughout the fall season, right into Thanksgiving! In this class, you will learn all about succulents while filling a 8-9” faux pumpkin planter: from lighting, watering, pruning, growth patterns and beyond. For an optional finishing touch, fall foliage, flowers, and moss will be available to accent the arrangement.

Please note: Choose which color pumpkin you would like to fill during class in the drop-down menu and bring a pair of lightweight gardening gloves to class. Students will be standing during this class.

This class is appropriate for ages 18+.

This class will take place indoors at Jamie's Greenhouse, located at 1965 Watson Hulburt Rd. Macedon, NYThe greenhouse is on the Macedon-Fairport border and may show up as Fairport on a GPS.

About the teacher:
Jamie Snyder grew up on a farm that raised livestock, fruit, vegetables, and grain. Her love of plants and the outdoors helped her decide to enroll in college in horticulture, and completed a degree in landscape design from SUNY Morrisville. She worked in the garden center industry for 18 years where she had her hands in everything but also got to be creative designing containers for clients for every season. Jamie's business, Creative Gardens, reflects her passion for plants, flowers, and color!
