Watch how glass and light dance! Students will explore flamework techniques as they create crystal clear icicles for ornaments and decorations. Melt and shape borosilicate glass (aka Pyrex) so it can twist, reflect and bend light.
Please note: All tools provided and no prior experience is required. The studio will provide special eye protection. Please wear closed-toed shoes. Projects will be kiln fired and available for pick up the next day.

:This class will take place indoors at Studio 34 Creative Arts Learning Center, located at 34 Elton St, Rochester, NY 14607. The studio is located on the second floor of the largest of the three brick buildings on Elton St. Please use the entrance on the right side. Additional parking is located at the corner of Atlantic and Elton.About the teacher
:Marilynne Lipshutz is the executive director of Studio 34 Creative Arts Center, located in Rochester's Neighborhood of the Arts for more than 16 years.
