If you love French macarons but haven’t attempted to make them at home, this class held at Caramel Bakery and Bar is for you! Experience hands-on scaling, mixing, baking, and decorating these beautiful delights. Each student will leave with 4-8 mini macarons, along with the knowledge and confidence to recreate more in the future!
Please note: If you would like to use an apron, please bring one to class with you.The ingredients used in this class are gluten-free, however the kitchen is not an allergen-free environment. At this time, a vegan option is not available for this class. Students will be standing during this class, however a limited number of seats will be available.
This class is appropriate for ages 16+. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please purchase one ticket for each person attending.

Meet the Teacher
Haley Shuman started learning about pastry making at 15, when she interned at a small bakery in her hometown of Webster. After graduating from the Pennsylvania College of Technology for Baking and Pastry Arts in 2012, Haley became the assistant pastry chef at the Riverside Convention Center. Shhe moved on to managing the bakery at Hegedorn's Market in Webster, where she learned volume baking and management, before founding Caramel Bakery and Bar.
