Think homemade pasta is beyond your skill level in the kitchen? Think again! In this class, you will learn the basics of pasta making and complete a recipe from start to finish. See different techniques demonstrated, and leave with several recipes and lots of new ideas! Students are welcome to cook along with the online, family friendly demo so they can enjoy a homemade meal after class. This class is a fun opportunity to include kiddos and learn a new meal together!Ingredients Needed:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free all-purpose flour OR + a little bowl with extra (per person)
- 1 egg (per person)
- Salt
- Sauce of your choice
Equipment Needed:
- Cutting board
- Knife
- Stock pot with water for boiling

Starting in the front of the house, she realized early on she preferred the back of the house. Having worked in different kitchens, she is most proficient in Italian and Hispanic cuisine. Most recently Christin ran the food program at Joe Bean Roastery, where she focused the menu on her Latin-American heritage.
