In this class, you will learn the basics of plant-based cheese making and try your hand at making some cheese yourself! Each participant will make tofu ricotta, a simple cheese that requires only a bowl and a fork. You’ll also make a cultured cheese and take home a cultured cheese base.
Please note: This class is entirely dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan, but we will be using ingredients that contain soy, tree nuts, and coconut.
