Nobody tells you how to plant or what to plant but you just do it. Sometimes your choices of plants are spot on and sometimes they are not. Sound like you? We get it! Ware attracted to color because it makes us feel good or it might bring back a memory. Join us to build the perfect spring container with a twist a tropical plant! In this class, students will learn how and what to select along as well as tips to growing the perfect container (sunlight and watering requirements, etc.). Here in Rochester our summers are short - the more plants the merrier!

Please Note: Although not required, please consider bringing lightweight garden gloves to enhance your class experience. 

This class is appropriate for ages 18+.

This class will take place at Jamie's Greenhouse, located at 1965 Watson Hulburt Rd. Macedon, NY.

About the teacher:
Jamie Snyder grew up on a farm that raised livestock, fruit, vegetables, and grain. Her love of plants and the outdoors helped her decide to enroll in college in horticulture, and completed a degree in landscape design from SUNY Morrisville. She worked in the garden center industry for 18 years where she had her hands in everything but also got to be creative designing containers for clients for every season.Jamie's business, Creative Gardens, reflects her passion for plants, flowers, and color!
