Do you need more ideas for meals through the week, or fun things to serve for parties? This is the class for you! We will go through meal planning/prepping for daily meals, how to pair flavors, and what’s awesome for entertaining. Students will leave with recipes and lots of new ideas! Snacks will be provided to enjoy during class.

Please note: This ticket includes one glass of cider for those 21+. Anyone under the age of 21 can enjoy a non-alcoholic beverage. A happy half-hour will take place from 6:00pm-6:30pm and the class will run from 6:30pm-7:30pm.

Location:
This class will take place at Blue Toad Cider, located at 120 Mushroom Blvd #105, Rochester, NY 14623.

About the teacher:
Christin Ortiz has been working in restaurants since she was 19. Starting in the front of the house, she realized early on she preferred the back of the house. Having worked in different kitchens, she is most proficient in Italian and Hispanic cuisine. Most recently Christin ran the food program at Joe Bean Roastery, where she focused the menu on her Latin-American heritage. She loves sharing her passion for food, and wants everyone to be able to cook the food they crave!
