Come learn how to nourish and heal your body with real, whole, plant-based food! This course is for people curious about going plant-based but not quite sure where to begin. At the end of the class you will know what a whole-food, plant-based diet is (and what it’s not), its benefits, and simple ways to get started.

Please note: Each ticket includes one happy hour drink, or a non-alcoholic drink, of your choice. Drinks and mingling will take place from 6:00pm-6:30pm, and the class itself will run from 6:30pm-8:00pm. S
tudents will also receive 10% off their dinner purchase at Nox the day of their registered class.

This class will take place at Nox Cocktail Lounge, located at 302 Goodman St N., Rochester NY, 14607.

About the teachers:
Keri Barone and Elizabeth O’Connor are passionate about promoting a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle for reasons including weight loss and management, having a smaller environmental footprint, and having reduced risk of heart disease, certain cancers, obesity, and diabetes. They are RIT professors, holistic health and wellness coaches, and founders of Whole Abundance, a Rochester business dedicated to supporting people as they move toward a whole-food, plant-based way of living.
