Wednesday, April 5th | 6:30pm-8:00pm | Optimism 101

$29.00
In this class, learn to give yourself permission to put away the rose-colored glasses and rethink your understanding of optimism. When your mindset shifts from ‘the glass is half-full’ (or half-empty) to ‘the glass is refillable,’ your capacity for happiness and joy will grow. We’ll discuss the practices of Learned Optimism and Realistic Optimism, with specific attention to building resilience. You’ll leave the class with strategies that can be immediately applied to enhance your personal and professional wellbeing.
