The hardest part of any new lifestyle, especially plant-based (or vegan), is sticking to it when you get busy. Meal planning is a simple tool that can be shaped to fit you and your family’s needs while sticking to a plant-based lifestyle. In this class, you will learn not only how to plan your meals for a week (or month) but also take some time to work on your own meal plan with others to gain feedback and insight.
This class will take place at MOD Midtown, located at 45 Euclid St., Rochester NY 14604.
