Tuesday, April 11th | 6:30pm-8:30pm | Somatic Breathwork

Breathwork is a form of meditation, embodiment, and somatic self-healing that has been practiced since ancient times. Participants will be guided through a circular breath patterns against a backdrop of soothing music; a technique allows for the unwinding of body and mind, great for alleviating chronic mental and physical stress, anxiety, and pain. It is normal to experience a range of sensations and emotions during breathwork - this will be a safe space for whatever may arise.

Please note: It is not recommended to eat immediately before class time. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat and/or blanket with you to class. Students will be primarily seated and/or lying on mats/blankets on a cement floor during class. We ask that anyone with a sensitivity to smells let us know via our contact form prior to class, as there may be incense or other scent-producing items burned during class time.
