Come learn how to nourish and heal your body with real, whole, plant-based food! This course is for people curious about going plant-based but not quite sure where to begin. At the end of the class you will know what a whole-food, plant-based diet is (and what it’s not), its benefits, and simple ways to get started.
Please note: Each ticket includes one happy hour drink, or a non-alcoholic drink, of your choice. Drinks and mingling will take place from 6:00pm-6:30pm, and the class itself will run from 6:30pm-8:00pm. Students will also receive 10% off their dinner purchase at Nox the day of their registered class.

About the teachers:
Keri Barone and Elizabeth O’Connor are passionate about promoting a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle for reasons including weight loss and management, having a smaller environmental footprint, and having reduced risk of heart disease, certain cancers, obesity, and diabetes. They are RIT professors, holistic health and wellness coaches, and founders of Whole Abundance, a Rochester business dedicated to supporting people as they move toward a whole-food, plant-based way of living.
