Wednesday, September 28th | 6:00pm-9:00pm | Advanced Tapestry Weaving

This class is designed either as the next level of “Introduction to Tapestry Weaving” or for beginners who feel ready to dive deeper into the world of weaving methods. Demonstrations will include a very hands-on approach to warping your loom, as well as utilizing the warp for different techniques with plain weave, rya and soumak. This session will also include a variety of approaches for removing your piece from the loom to complete a unique piece that is display-ready. As always, there will be an emphasis on texture, fringe, and pattern.
