Learn the popular art of glass fusing! In this class hosted at Studio 34 Creative Arts Learning Center, create a 6-inch square plate and choose from a huge assortment of colors and textures, then design your very own piece. Throughout the design process, you'll learn how to safely and easily cut glass to fit your pattern. Student projects will then be placed in the kiln to be fused (melted flat). A second kiln firing, called slumping, will produce a shaped piece, such as a bowl.

Please note: Please wear closed-toed shoes. Please bring safety glasses; if needed they are available for purchase from the studio for $5. All tools provided. Projects will be kiln fired and available for pick up 10 days after class.
