About The Teacher
Lindsay McGrail gave her first dinner party at age six. Since then, she has cooked for celebrities, Mayor Bloomberg, studio executives, and at elite weddings. A graduate of The Institute for Culinary Education, Lindsay established Green Zebra in 2007, named after her favorite heirloom tomato, to share her passion for food, entertaining, and life's delights.
Green Zebra opened as a one-woman operation in 2007 and has transformed into a multi-use catering, teaching, and intimate event space at 609 Culver Road. Green Zebra delights in the chance to teach you their favorite dishes and share their table, with a focus on seasonal ingredients.
