Join the tradition of making little “pillow” dumplings of dough! In this class, students will see a demonstration on how potato gnocchi is made, then have the chance to make their own. Students can either cook their gnocchi, altogether with the class, in a simple sauce and enjoy their goodies or take their uncooked pasta home to enjoy on their own.
Please note: Please bring an apron to class with you. All portions of pasta will be cooked together. Pasta will be served with sauce during class time. While the pasta that is made during this class is vegan-friendly, the sauce may not be.
