Art Journaling is a creative and therapeutic way to create a visual representation of your thoughts and emotions. The creative process combined with the practice of journaling can cover a variety of themes, and each art journal is as individualized as the person creating it. A variety of journaling tips and techniques will be covered during the course of this group as well as various artistic methods that can be used to design individual art pages.
