Explore cast iron cooking and spring flavors with a fun and delicious take on the crepe! The Dutch baby, or German pancake, is a versatile showstopper that is perfect for any meal or dessert, depending on the ingredients. In this class, students will use bright, seasonal ingredients sourced from New York State to cook a savory Dutch baby pancake. Students will also learn about alternative flavor compositions. 

Please note: This class comes with an ingredient kit. Students will need to pick-up their kit from Three Heads Brewing, located at 186 Atlantic Ave, Rochester, NY 14607 on Saturday, May 22nd between 12pm-2pm.

Additional Supplies Needed:
- cast iron frying pan
- oven and stove
- oven mitts 
- whisk
- mixing bowl 
- cutting knife
- cutting board
- basic measuring utensils

This class is appropriate for ages 14+.
