$25.00

Feeling the stress of current events and being home or at a job that is essential? Reduce your stress levels while talking to others virtually and creating fun art! Class will begin with a mindfulness meditation that will help you to calm your mind and get beautifully centered. Then, we'll start making art! While we can't provide you with supplies this time around, you can use anything you have at home: paper, pencils, markers, kids' art supplies, a potato... Make pretty journal pages, mandalas, squiggles or mantras on whatever you have available — even cardboard boxes or paper bags are great substrates!

Please note: This is an open class for all levels and ideas.
