De-Stress with Mindful Doodling

Thursday, September 9th | 6:30pm-8:00pm | De-Stress with Mindful Doodling


Feeling anxious? Relax and get out of your head with soothing, mindful doodling. In this class, students will learn the importance of doodling for the brain, doodle practices that help refocus thinking and provide grounding, as well as breathing techniques to set the stage.

This class is appropriate for ages 14+.

This class will take place indoors at Rochester Brainery, located at 176 Anderson Ave F109, Rochester, NY 14607.

Live subtitles will be available upon request during this class. If you prefer a sign language interpreter, please fill out our contact form. Please also let us know if you have any preferences (seating, vision access, etc).

About the teacher:
Molly is an artist, a creativity doula, and founder of The Darling Revolution (@thedarlingrevolution on Instagram). She doodles, teaches, and helps people alchemize their creativity for deeper self-compassion and resilience. When she’s not in her studio at The Yards In Rochester’s Public Market, she’s probably sitting outside somewhere reading a comic book and drinking an iced hazelnut latte.
