These three desserts are one of those things that are easier to make than you might think! The instructor will teach the techniques to make these three popular desserts. Gather your supplies before class and cook along with the instructor for a fun and interactive experience!

Supplies Needed:
- 1 dozen good quality eggs
- 1 quart (32 oz.) heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- cocoa powder
- fresh fruit of your choice
- vanilla extract
- custard baking dishes OR small (4 oz.) mason jars
- 9x13 baking pan
- liquid measuring cup
- stand mixer OR hand held electric mixer
- 2-3 mixing bowls
- rubber spatula
- whisk


This class is appropriate for ages 14+.

About the teacher:
Christin Ortiz has been working in restaurants since she was 19. Starting in the front of the house, she realized early on she preferred the back of the house. Having worked in different kitchens, she is most proficient in Italian and Hispanic cuisine. Most recently Christin ran the food program at Joe Bean Roastery, where she focused the menu on her Latin-American heritage. She loves sharing her passion for food, and wants everyone to be able to cook the food they crave!
