Join us for a night out at CRISP Rochester, which recently opened in the Swillburg neighborhood! In this class, we will explore and compare light-bodied, crisp (pun intended!) white wines made from a variety of grapes. While white wines share some characteristics, there are different notes and levels of sweetness that will appear to a range of wine drinkers. We will examine how these grapes are grown and the winemaking techniques that account for the similarities and differences in the tasting experience.
