Wednesday, June 15th | 6:00pm-9:00pm | Father's Day Bar Glass Etching + Dinner at Lento

Join us for a fun night out with Dad! The night will begin at Rochester Brainery with a unique bar glass etching workshop. Customized glasses are a fun project for you and the beverage-loving dad in your life. We will work with vinyl decals to create our one-of-a-kind designs: using a glass etching solution, you will create a set of two personalized glasses. Choose from two glass types and designs like: ‘#1 Dad,’ funny dad puns, Rochester pride, the Buffalo Bills logo, and more. After the workshop, head to Lento inside Village Gate for a delicious beer-themed three-course meal.

Course One:
Drunken Shrimp: beer poached wild Gulf peel-and-eat shrimp with spicy cocktail sauce

Course Two:
Beer-braised house made bratwurst sausage, green garlic mashed potatoes, and Lento sauerkraut & IPA mustard pork jus

Course Three: 
Warm stout brownie sundae with house made caramel ice cream, peanuts, and amarina cherries

This class is appropriate for ages 18+.

This class will take place indoors at Rochester Brainery located at 176 Anderson Ave F109, Rochester, NY 14607. Lento is located at 274 N Goodman St, Rochester, NY 14607, inside Village Gate.

About the teacher:
Laura Cott is artist + owner of LaCott Fine Art living and working in Western New York. Cott’s art is driven by natural surroundings and the visual storytelling of the interaction of light, line, and color. She works primarily with paint and non-traditional materials.

About the restaurant:
Lento is committed to providing unique and delicious dishes using food procured as much as possible from local, sustainable and organic purveyors. Their produce is sourced seasonally from local farms, and bread and desserts are baked in-house daily! They even pickle their own vegetables and make their own condiments, sauces, and dressings.
