Thursday, December 15th | 6:00pm-8:30pm | Gluten Free & Vegan Holiday Sides

$71.00

Under the guidance of a gluten-free chef, learn simple techniques and tricks for three make-ahead sides – a seasonal vegetable, casserole, and stuffing – perfect for holiday meals. Students will learn how to save time, energy, and headache as the sides can be reheated in the oven and served at a future gathering.

Please note: Participants will have the option to enjoy pre-made dishes during class time, however students will be taking their individual portions home to heat and eat later. Please bring three 6" x 6" pans or containers to bring your sides home in, a couple additional single size to-go containers, and an apron. All recipes made in this class will be vegan and gluten free, however the kitchen is not an allergen-free environment.
