Tuesday, March 14th | 6:30pm-8:30pm | Handmade Papermaking Workshop

Experience a hands-on exploration of the art of making paper. First, learn a brief history of paper and the resources you can use to make paper at home as Julie demonstrates how to pull a sheet of paper and different ways to apply colorful pulps as well as sharing handmade paper examples. Then, pull your own sheet and create handmade paper art to take home! All materials will be provided.

This class is appropriate for ages 14+.

This class will take place at Rochester Brainery, located at 176 Anderson Ave F109, Rochester, NY 14607.

About the teacher:
Julie Lambert Coleman has over 30 years as a papermaking artist and is considered at the Master level. In the past few years, her art has been on display in several area galleries including the Little Cafe and GOART.
