Sunday, February 6th | 11:30am-12:30pm | Heart-Shaped Grapevine Wreath

The heart is often seen as a symbol of love, compassion and understanding, while the color red is linked to the heart, and red and white intertwined make pink: a gentler kind of love. In this class, students will decorate grapevine wreaths with red, pink and white, a reminder that all kinds of love exist! Adorn your door with a wreath that welcomes love, or hang in any room. The grapevine wreath itself is 12” and when finished will end up being 16-18’ wide.

Please note: Although not required, we recommend gardening gloves to enhance your class experience.

This class is appropriate for ages 18+.

This class will take place indoors at Rochester Brainery, located at 176 Anderson Ave F109, Rochester, NY 14607.

If you would like to request a sign language interpreter, please fill out our contact form. Please also let us know if you have any preferences (seating, vision access, etc).

About the teacher:
Jamie Snyder grew up on a farm that raised livestock, fruit, vegetables, and grain. Her love of plants and the outdoors helped her decide to enroll in college in horticulture, and completed a degree in landscape design from SUNY Morrisville. She worked in the garden center industry for 18 years where she had her hands in everything but also got to be creative designing containers for clients for every season. Jamie's business, Creative Gardens, reflects her passion for plants, flowers, and color!
