Tuesday, April 21st | 6:30pm-8:00pm | How to Build a Better Plant-Based Salad

Salads are a wonderful part of any healthy diet. However, too many fatty dressings and the wrong toppings have you hungry a few hours later. In this class, you will learn how to build a plant-based salad that can be eaten as a meal to keep you fuller for longer. We will also be making three plant-based salad dressings before coming together to enjoy a meal together.

Please note: This class utilizes soy, gluten and nut ingredients. This class has allergen friendly options, please email prior to 48 hours before class. Students will be standing for most of the class.

This class will take place at Eat Me Ice Cream located inside The Hungerford Building at 1115 East Main St. Suite 148. Please enter through Door 1.
