Pizza is an Italian-American dish full of melty cheese and other animal products. In this class, students will learn how to turn this classic meal plant-based! Students will make their own dough and plant-based mozzarella before piling their pizzas with delicious veggies. After mastering the recipe, we will enjoy a meal together.

Please note: This class utilizes gluten, nut, and soy ingredients. Students will be standing for most of the class.

The recommended age for this class is 16+. Anyone under the age of 18 will need an adult present.

This class will take place at Eat Me Ice Cream located inside The Hungerford Building at 1115 East Main St. Suite 148. Please enter through Door 1.

About the teacher:
Ali is the founder and owner of Spirit and Abundance, a company that seeks to help people connect and cultivate joy, mindfulness, and gratitude in a plant-based kitchen. She is a graduate from The Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Baking and Pastry, and The School of Hotel Administration from Cornell University. During her time at Cornell, she studied Zen Buddhism and that sparked her interest and passion in veganism, mindfulness, and meditation.
