Participants will create and take their own custom adult-sized fitness hula hoop and learn tricks and tips for using an adult-sized hoop for fitness! A certified Hoop Love Coach will help students explore a variety of hoop sizes to determine the best size for each individual. If you think you can't hoop - you probably don't have the best size for you! Once participants find their perfect fit, they will complete the quick assembly process and decorate their hoop with fun tape for shine and grip. Participants will then use their new hoop in an estimated 45 minute hoop fitness class, where they will learn techniques and tips for using a hoop for cardio and core training. Emphasis on body positivity and the joy in movement - all experience levels (especially beginners!) are encouraged!Location:
