Have you always wanted to learn about mezcal? In this class students will receive an in-depth history of the production, history, and sustainability of mezcal. Students will get to sip and savor three different varieties. 

Please note: Chips and salsa will be provided for students to snack on during the class.

This class is appropriate for ages 21+.

Location:
This class will take place at Bitter Honey, located at 127 Railroad St #110, Rochester, NY 14609.

About the teacher:
Zack Mikida is the co-owner of Bitter Honey and an agave fanatic. His frequent trips to the heart lands of mezcal production have given him a very intimate relationship with this ancestral spirit. Zack has had the pleasure of holding agave focused seminars all over. He loves having the opportunity to share his tales of working in Mexico at mezcal production facilities.
