Love the look of stained glass and want to learn how to do it? In this four part class, student will learn the Louis Comfort Tiffany method, which is an alternative to using leaded channels between glass pieces. In this comprehensive workshop, student will cut and shape glass to fit their design pattern and create their own piece of art.   

Please note: No experience required and all materials and glass will be provided. Please bring safety glasses or be prepared to purchase a pair from the studio ($5). Please wear closed toe shoes.This is a four part class and students will need to be available on April 17th, April 18th, April 24th, and May 1st from 9:30am-11:30am. 

Age:
This class is appropriate for ages 18+.

Location:
This class will take place indoors at Studio 34 Creative Arts Learning Center, located at 34 Elton St, Rochester, NY 14607. The studio is located on the second floor of the largest of the three brick buildings on Elton St. Please use the entrance on the right side of the building. Additional parking is located at the corner of Atlantic and Elton.

About the teacher:
Michele Ramsey is a recently retired school teacher and now shares her professional teaching experience as a glass instructor at Studio 34 Creative Arts Center. Michele has studied with world class glass artists to develop her body of work.
