“Tiny Weaver Workshop” was created to give kids an early introduction into weaving while utilizing a lap-loom. Each Tiny Weaver will leave with a wall hanging that is ready for display including either driftwood or a wooden dowel. Tiny Weavers are encouraged to follow their unique direction ranging from total abstraction to refined patterns and shapes. Your Tiny Weaver will explore texture, color, and different materials including fabric, feathers, tassels, pipe-cleaners, tinsel, and florals.
Please note: Parents are invited to weave & socialize alongside their children during the workshop. Extra loom rentals and materials for adults can be purchased upon request.
This class will take place at Rochester Brainery, 176 Anderson Ave F109, Rochester, NY 14607.
