Saturday, December 12th | 10:30am-12:00pm | Kissing Ball

Everyone knows the sweet story behind a simple sprig of mistletoe to prompt for a holiday kiss. Consider making your foyer extraordinary with a kissing ball! Designed to decorate indoors or out, you’ll love the fragrance and textures for the holiday season.

A tabletop evergreen tree gives you a different spin on a centerpiece. Can’t put a cut tree in your home because of space? This is the perfect substitute! You will get to choose from an assortment of fresh greens including boxwood and other colorful embellishments and ribbon for your one of a kind piece.

Please Note: Please select in the dropdown menu if you would like to make a kissing ball or tree. Seeping sap from fresh evergreens can be sticky and get on your clothes, so be sure to dress appropriately. Although not required, consider bringing garden pruners and gardening gloves to enhance your class experience.

This class is appropriate for ages 18+.

This class will take place indoors at Jamie's Greenhouse, 1965 Watson Hulburt Rd. Macedon, NY. Students will be socially distant in class and nothing will be shared.

About the teacher:
Jamie Snyder grew up on a farm that raised livestock, fruit, vegetables, and grain. Her love of plants and the outdoors helped her decide to enroll in college in horticulture, and completed a degree in landscape design from SUNY Morrisville. She worked in the garden center industry for 18 years where she had her hands in everything but also got to be creative designing containers for clients for every season. Jamie's business, Creative Gardens, reflects her passion for plants, flowers, and color!
