Tuesday, July 28th | 6:30pm-8:00pm | Let's Talk About Birth

Pregnant or birth curious? In this workshop students will be challenged to reframe beliefs about birth and postpartum. We will discuss how we impact birth as a society, explore birth plans and birth preparation, and identify four things that matter in postpartum and early parenthood. After class attendees will receive access to a resource library to deepen learning with videos, articles, and books that explore various birth and postpartum topics.

This class is appropriate for ages 13+.

This class will take place at Rochester Brainery, located at 176 Anderson Ave. F109, Rochester, NY 14607.

About the teacher:
Cris Van Grol (she/her/hers) is a doula and certified birth educator who supports families in childbirth and postpartum. She came to birthwork through her wildly different birth and postpartum experiences. As a homemaker, partner, and mother to two spirited sons, she practices self-love through journaling, reading, and moving her body to music.
