This class is best suited for children ages 2-4 attending with a caregiver, and no prior yoga experience is needed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003ci\u003ePlease note: This is a 4-session class. The group tuning portion can be experienced either on a yoga mat or seated in a chair.
