Getting the itch to plant in soil but worried about the required skills, time, and space to do so? Microgreens are the answer! In this class, students will learn about wheatgrass, sprouts, and some of the different seeds that are easy to grow inside a home as microgreens. Students will get to put their own pan of microgreen seeds together to take home. These greens are great on salads, in wraps, and in smoothies, and growing them indoors increases access to the most nutritious parts of the plant. It's win-win!Age:
