Learn to make chocolate ganache and roll your own truffles in this hands-on workshop. While the ganache is setting, journey through the history of chocolate, tasting a variety of delicious chocolate samples.
This class is appropriate for all ages, although anyone under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult. Please purchase one ticket per person attending.
