Inspired by an incredible collection of hand-picked local pinecones, students in this class will be designing their very own pinecone wreath. This wreath will be created with an assortment of pinecones in varying shapes and sizes on a natural grapevine base (roughly 8 inches wide). Students will learn the mechanics and design of wreath making, along with tips and tricks. Supplies needed in addition to class kit: - hot glue gun and several hot glue sticks (if you do not have a hot glue gun and would like to get one for class, this one is perfect and inexpensive, or you can pick one up from Rochester Brainery to borrow - send us an email through our contact page!) Please note: Students will need to pick up their supply kit from Rochester Brainery, located at 176 Anderson Ave F109, Rochester, NY 14607 on Sunday, February 20th between 10am-5pm. Hot glue can be messy so it is recommended to cover your work surface with paper (or something similar) and to wear gloves. Age
