Going plant-based doesn't have to be boring! There is a way to make all your comfort food favorites out of plants. In this class, you will not only learn how to make bean burgers, macaroni and cheese, and oven baked French fries, but have the chance to make them yourself. Once we've made our meal we'll have the chance to enjoy it together.

Please note: This class uses soy and gluten ingredients.

The recommended age for this class is 16+. Anyone under the age of 18 will need an adult present. 

This class will take place at Eat Me Ice Cream located inside The Hungerford Building at 1115 East Main St. Suite 148. Please enter through Door 1.

About the teacher:
Ali Lawrence is the founder and owner of Spirit and Abundance, a company that seeks to help people connect and cultivate joy, mindfulness, and gratitude in a plant-based kitchen. She is a graduate from The Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Baking and Pastry, and The School of Hotel Administration from Cornell University. During her time at Cornell, she studied Zen Buddhism and that sparked her interest and passion in veganism, mindfulness, and meditation.
