Spring is here and nothing is better than enjoying beautiful asparagus, tender greens and vibrant young vegetables. In this class, we will utilize all the season has to offer by making a spring vegetable pot pie, roasted asparagus and spinach and artichoke dip. After making a delicious meal we will enjoy the meal together. 

Please note: This class utilizes soy and gluten ingredients. Students will be standing for most of the class.

Age:
The recommended age for this class is 16+. Anyone under the age of 18 will need an adult present. 

Location:
This class will take place at Eat Me Ice Cream located inside The Hungerford Building at 1115 East Main St. Suite 148. Please enter through Door 1.

About the teacher:
Ali Lawrence is the founder and owner of Spirit and Abundance, a company that seeks to help people connect and cultivate joy, mindfulness, and gratitude in a plant-based kitchen. She is a graduate from The Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Baking and Pastry, and The School of Hotel Administration from Cornell University. During her time at Cornell, she studied Zen Buddhism and that sparked her interest and passion in veganism, mindfulness, and meditation.
