Wednesday, January 15th | 6:30pm-8:30pm | Plant-Based Winter Salads

What most people think of when they think of salad doesn’t satisfy when it’s 15 degrees outside. But, in this class you will learn how to make delicious plant-based salads that are indeed warming and satisfying — all while getting in your veggies. This class will feature a kale salad, broccoli salad and a Moroccan Carrot and Lentil salad, all of which can be eaten as a main meal. After the salads are prepared the class will have the chance to enjoy a meal together.

Please note:
This class will include gluten and soy ingredients. Students will be standing for most of the class.

The recommended age for this class is 16+.

This class will take place at Eat Me Ice Cream located inside The Hungerford Building at 1115 East Main St. Suite 148. Please enter through Door 1.
